I dont see it as a stand-alone single! how did you find that??? and why isnt touch me getting ANY promo? neither did "Be On You" it made it to number 19 without even being an official single. would have been a top FIVE hit easily, possibly number one!!!! urban radio in NYC never played it. man if only it blew up there!

UK & Europe only for official touch me single on itunes but it is available on rhapsody.com for US... Flo is currently working on his third album... He only had 3 Official singles on his album Mail On Sunday and 3 Official singles on R.O.O.T.S but made extra 3 extra promo videos for his album to be pushed.... It's unlikely we be seeing a video for "Be On You" as promised by flo in his Studio1260 interview... Touch me was released instead... Ne-yo was concentrating on the single with "Baby By Me" with 50 cent....so the video couldn't be shot because of his scheduled tour dates in Japan... Hopefully we will hear some news soon!
