Since catching the exercising bug in high school, Flo Rida began working out religiously lifting weights and playing football and basketball. After meeting a few years ago, Flo enlisted the help of former pro boxer, Tony Bradham, to help build himself up to the cover of Muscle & Fitness magazine and the likes!
