Flo Rida's hit record 'Club Can't Handle Me ft. David Guetta' tells of an unforgettable night out, but the rapper knows that there's more to life than partying.

He explained how because of his mother's positive influence he steered clear of the drugs and violence that plagued his Carol City neighborhood. He said that naysayers urged him to "quit the rapping and get a real job," but he stayed focused on his goal, sacrificing everything, including girlfriends (cue excited murmurs from the crowd), for his dream.
